bond broken

I was working with one company as a technical trainer and they have taken a signed on bond and taken blank cheque of rs 50000 and they saying we are taking because we would provide you training and i have broke the bond before the complition of bond 2 months due to their worst behavior to me so i broke the bond and i havnt got any such training from their side and they have sent me the legal notice that they are going to submit the cheque and if the cheque will bounce under 138 act i will get punishment so really i dont know what to do is there any such law in our constitution so i can defend myself and how they can take the blank cheque and how they can stop the progress of any person plz help me i am so frustrated i dont know what to do

Before broking bond you have to give notice that there are latches on the part of the employer.

However before giving advice we must know the full contents of the notice given by your employer.

However you have stated that your employer had given notice that he is going to present the cheques (Not presented yet). Urgently give reply notice that not to present the said cheque which were given as security and also intimate the same to your banker stating that not to Honour those cheques and also you have to intimate further details.

there must have been an agreement or contract without which no company would get a bond or a cheque!

if there is an agreement and that you have signed it you are bound to honour the agreement and the cheque.

secondly, if have you dispute regarding the condition or broken bond contact a lawyer with all the papers you have in person and fight the case. give a reply notice saying you are not bound to pay!

Firstly contact a lawyer and make sure to sent an appropriate reply stating all facts which were stated to you at the time of taking the cheque and also other relevant facts.Direct your bank not to honour the cheque and then proceed against the company.There is nothing to loose your heart or to get frustated.
