bonded labour
if a person enters into a contract of employment wid the employer and if he leaves the office before the term of the contract , can employee be compell to pay remaining salary to his employer 4 the months he dint work as per the contract. is there any such law in India?

Dear sir,
If all ingredients of a contract are fulfilled then the contract is binding and are enforceable for and against the party to the contract.

Yes. If the contract is valid in all other aspects and if there is a condition in the contract that the employee should pay the salary for the remaining period of the contract he is bound by the contract.
