Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Bonding as a student and getting the work of an employee Is it correct?

Hi, I belong to one of the major companies that is 2billion dollar worth. I joined this company without a proper appointment order because I am given higher education. I was asked to sign a bond. I got an appointment order after 6 months that says that says that I study in the company from Monday to Friday. But actually, I work for various projects (I am being billed for my client) And my study hours exist only on Saturday where that starts from morning 8.30 to eveinging 6.00. Moreover, I work as any other employee. But I study only on Saturdays and that too this particular course is a distance learning programme. The bond says that I would be studying but actually I am working from Monday to Friday. Sometimes I over work. The company also doenst give me any work experience certificate if I quit in the middle of the program. Even after four years I get only an experience certificate as a student and my work goes unrecognised.

Unfortunately this is a 4 year program. The bond will go for 4 years since the education is for 4 years. If I forefiet it, I will be asked to pay 75,000 INR. I would like to know whether the process I am involved in my company is correct! I think there are many flaws. Please help me.

Have you signed document/contract with the Company? If yes then one has to read the document carefully in order answer your query. In any case, signing of bond is not recognised in law. No employee is bound or can be bound to work in the same company for ever.
