bpo company demanding resignation by force
i am working in bpo company .they are forcing us to give resignation.i am working there more than 1yr .
Who is the legal athority i must meet to get relife in this case?
What would be the calculation of my compansation ?
May i know which law covers bpo company?
I also have fear that they will trap me in false cases?how i will protect my self ?

depends upon the legal status of you and your employer. if your employer is an "industry" and you are a "workman", under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, you have protection from Labour Department.
If not, your service conditions are governed by the contract of employment you signed at the time of accepting this job.
