what should i do against them

a bpo company -sparsh ltd. removing 80 employees by giving reson that company is clossing down processe .we all are workin their more than 1yr .got appresal letter also .we are selected in co.for back-office job.now they are giving us option whether to go to voice process(but their also taking interview their we never get selected and ask us to leave co.) or leav the co. Within 1month .they are still not given us PF NO.they alredy have removed 60 employ�es can companY remove us.if yes what about my compansation.

You should first ascertain if your job is covered within the definition of "workman" under the ID Act?. If yes, contact the Labour Inspector of your area and make a complaint against your employer in writing. If not, you may file a suit for compensation in trial court.

You can issue a legal notice for the unreasoned termination. A company cannot just close down without the process of law. Further with regard to PF dues when the company is deducting PF from your salary it is duty bound to deposit into your respective PF account and ofcourse supply your PF number. You issue notice for such contravention separately.
