breach of agreement

hi i signed a agreement wd a comapny for one year and comapny gave us training for 14 days.but after that comapny stop to pay overtime,not gave cab facilities which they told to earlier.after sum time comapny changed my shift and new timings was impossible me to make at any cost however comapny denies to give any cab to me for that late night shift.after sum time they send me sum notice that to join that comapny immedietly and i told them i coudnt do that shift wd out cab fascility.sum day later they sendd me a letter that u r fired from company and they demending contract money.they send me a legal notice.however i am ready to give them the money.but they are now saying that you have to send a resignation letter to comapny for final settlement of dues.i would like to know that why i should send a resign when comapny fired me.and company having my all degrees and certificates.and they havnt given me the photo copy of the agreement and they not allowed me to read that agreement ever.they took my signature to say that its just a formality.now tell me plz should i send my resignation to comapny and comapny have right to keep my all degrees.plz help me as soon as possible.

Since you do not have a copy of the contract where you have signed, appropriate opinion may not be possible. You may better contact a local lawyer who may write to the company on your behalf demanding a copy of the contract and your original certificates.
