Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If the casual worker work for more than Eight year in on organization , Will he able to apply for the job in same organization if there is vacancies for the same job which he doing for more than Eight year?

he can apply but the final decision will be on authorities.
but if authorities discriminate any way then approach court.
