centre transfer policy serving spouse
sir Bank nationalized serving couple -gujarat want to ask that how much legal aid is useful toprotect them from centre change transfer on Bank policy agreement with union(supreme court had said in past that husband-wife should be in one centre?)

Dear Sir,
The transfer depends on availability of vacancy etc.Though Supreme court has laid that husband and wife should be posted at one center but this is not a hard and fast rule and depend upon other circumstances also.In your case all the circumstances are required to be examined.The legal aid is useful and would enable you to put your case in proper manner before authorities.
