Change of management
Can a private organiztion which is maintained by a body of trustees be leased out to an individual ?
Tansfering the power from a Unit to an individual with out proper information to the employees, some are retrenched and is there be any policy

Is the private organisation a partnership firm / company of which the trustees are the partners or directors? The question is relevant for the opinion.
