Legal Question in Employment Law in India
In chennai, there is a company taking the educational certificates before employing the staffs. If the employee's health condition is unable to work or the employee is resigning because of the medical challanges, the company is asking 15000 to give back the certificates.
The question is, As per Indian law is there any rule for not returning the certificates or to keep the employee's certificates with the company?
