Cheque Bounce
I received a cheque of 9500 as my salary cheque 4 months back and the cheque bounced. I just want to know how to file a case against the employer for this cheque bounce.

Again deposit the cheque for encashment and if the same bounced for any reason then sent the requisite notice through lawyer and thereafter file complaint u/s.138 N.I.Act.you can also file recovery case subsequent to said complaint.consult a local lawyer.

You have to send a registered notice and filed a Compliant before the concerned Magistrate under Section 138 of the Negotiabe Instruments Act
