about child labor
why less then 15 years childs not works anywhere. but why they works n advertiment,pictures(film).why the law not band this labor.why the all law are for only poors people not for rich peoples.why the cort do not band this kind of labor?

Dear sir,
The query is very interesting.my sincere advise is that you raise this issue before competent authority like SUPREME COURT THROUGH PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION.THE PROHIBITION IS IMMPOSED BY CHILD LABOUR PROHIBITION ACT.though tere are cases where court has dealt with this issue but the practice is different from law.
