Civil Revision Petition (CRP) has to be filed withion 30 days. Is there any provision for the High Court ti coindon the delay if therre is any genuine reason for filing the CRP Petition.
30 days time for filing the CRP Petition in the High Court = Is it from the date of judgement or the date of receipt of judgement copy or the date of pronouncement of judgement.

The limitation for filing a civil revision in high court is usually 90 days unless it is 30 days in a particular statute;
you may be required to explain "sufficient reasons" for condonation of delay, if any.
