clarification please

what is the fundamental difference between a bond and sevice agreement in the recruiteing procedure of emplyees to a company ?

Bond is an undertaking to compensate the opposite party in case of breach but in agreement such undertaking is found missing.

Technically they are same intended to bind the employees with a commitment to work for an organisation.

But legally they are not binding on the employee if the agreement or bond contains the stipulation not to look for better job or not to work for similar employer or in similar capacity in future
