Clarification on Gratuity Payment
1. A person joined one of our group company in 2001. There is no documentary proof. In 2006 he joined another group company. Left in 2009 after resignation. Will he get Gratuity?
2. Any detail of the apellate body in Delhi related to Gratuity clarifications?

Re: Clarification on Gratuity Payment
You may be liable to make payment of Gratuity from the date of joining till the date of leaving in terms of the Payment of Gratuity Act read with local State laws, if any.
