Legal Question in Employment Law in India
In my company there is notice period of 40 days .In employ manual its written that either work for notice period or pay for the notice .I am ready for the paying the notice period .But still my company is not reveling .they are saying to work for 40 days.It legal or illegal

Well,if no other clauses bind you in employee agreement made,than not reveling you is illegal and you are eligible for legal proceeding against them off-course.
