My company is not settel my account last 1 and half year. can anybody send me any format in which I can send the legel notice to the company

Approach a lawyer for issue of legal notice and or negotiation for recovery of dues.
Legal Notice state facts and also the applicable laws and are sometimes statutory too. So do not hesitate to contact a lawyer for issue of legal notice as they are best equipped to do that work.
As more than 1.5 years has lapsed since your employment cessation, hurry up.
