Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Compensation
In my orgnisation employees are ask us to leave the orgnisation and they give us one month basic pay. it is correct. according to my view they should pay us entire month salary including all the allowances. please guide us.

This will depend upon the contract between the parties; and the legal status / relationship between employer-employees. There may be different legal provisions applicable in diffierent situations. The industrial workmen are treated differently. You may need to make a detail presentation to work out applicability of relevant laws in each case.

Permanent worker (not officer) get full month's pay.
