Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Is a condition in the offer letter to the effect that "the employee shall remain in employment for a minimum period of 3 years and in failure to comply the said condition the employee shall be liable for a particular sum of money as compensation to the employer", valid?
Can I sue the employee for damages. if not how can i bind them to the employment?
