Legal Question in Employment Law in India
consultants call for jobs, I worked as Executive assitant before. Now i am married and facing problem in order to get a job. are they interested in my marital status or in my capabilities ? Does that happen in india or every where.. this sucks.. is there any law where I can post this and is there any rule under discrimination which can recognize the loss and advise the right ?

you cannot be discriminated on the basis of your marital status. you can approach the civil court against the company or file a writ petition in the high court for violation of fundamental right.
