Providend Fund amount is also not yet deducted from our salary, resulting in a social and financial insecurity. How to convince the organisation to review the service conditions and make abeeter platform for the ECHS employees to work?

Yours is a contractual job. As regards social and financial security, are you not an ex-serviceman?
You may make a representation to the employer on the basis of the new Pay Commission and seek increase in your wages. However, they may resort to non-renewal of your contract and may not engage your services after expiry of the existing annual contract. You will be left totally remedyless if that happens.
