covenant not to compete
I would like to know whether the above bond is valid if the employer prepares it on their website. If yes, what are the consecutions, which I have to face

Any document you prepare should meet your requirements and should be within legal parameters as to terms and conditions of the transaction.
It may be better if the document is shown to a lawyer before formal execution.

Covenant not to compete is valid only as long as you are in employment. After that not valid.
