appointment on compensate ground is not a matter of right. but normally there is rule for compensate ground for one person in deceased govt employee ( while in service ) this rule is variable one govt to another. in some govt application must be submitted within a year of death of govt servant. otherwise no use. even for minor its not use after one year becoz of majority prob. so please check the relevant rule in m.e.s. compensate ground appointment rules.
thank u
