Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear all,
I have a query regharding joining bonus. According to offer letter, I must return joining bonus if I "leave" company before one year. I resigned from company before one year and my last working day falls after one year. so do I need to pay back my joining bonus or not. Ideally, as my last working day falls after one year completion, I need not pay. The date on which I resigned does not matter. Am I right?
