Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear All,

My company is getting closed Suddenly by this month end. They have informed us today(08/09/2009). In my offer letter they have mentioned that if i need to leave organisation i need to serve 2 mnths notice period. Now in this case my company itself is getting closed. Should i need to get 2 mnths Pay or any other Goverment rule/avt regarding this condition/case.

Please let me know any Law/Act for this case.
