Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear all I m deepak I do have 12 year pharma experience. Last 2 month I m job less. 3 days back I gave an interview in jhansi based company and they have selected me as up head. In interview they offered me agra head quater but when they have send me an appoient ment letter where head quater was maintioned jhansi. When I asked today regarding this than they said by the evening they will forword me an updated appoientment letter but they didn,t do .what they did they gave me an excuse. Please guide me how I can get bebefit with that appoientment letter by requesting or by threating like laboure court. Thanks I m waiting ur reply
