As you correctly said It will be first come first serve. Their termination will have first effect. they should not accept the resignation since it has no meaning.now tell me how my termination is justified or meaning full once they terminate they cann't accept my resignation. or please suggest me how i can put wait in my case with this condition because i have already approach to court with one of the best lawyer in Agra. because i m feeling this is injustice with me. without target sheet without warning letter how company can terminate me on the basis of poor performance i was performer in my previous companies. and once they terminate me they don't have right to accept my resignation because i didn't wrote that withdraw my termination and accept my resignation. please suggest me and help me out.
