Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Recipient, Hi,
My father served in Indian Army and got his retirement after 16 years in 1971. Then he joined Haryana govt job in excise and taxation deptt. in 1971. He got his retirement in 1998 from here after serving for 26 years. He was receiving two pensions. He expired in 2002. Now when my mother applied for family pension, army side denied by saying that she can receive only one pension. Please guide. Also if we want to put the case in Ownerable Supreme Court, please guide with the name of lawyer.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Jagdeep,
You need not approach the supreme court directly for the issue. You have an option to a Writ Petition to the concerned High Court as a Service Matter.
You can contact us if want to pursue it before the High Court.
