dear sir,
My name is imran khan iam a sales tellcyaller in one of the insurance company i am always give good business to company but company emloyer hold my salary and the senior behave with me very bad and rodly and always do with parsality and give mental presure on daily basis i want to file fase against my H.R department and some senior so please sugest me how i file case agaist him

in case you were not working in the supervisory capacity, you may file a complaint before the labour oficer otherwise you may approach the lawyer for recovery of your dues and compensation.
