Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir, Indian railway dismiised me in 2001 due to supression of fact a criminal case on me. Corut aquited me in 2008. If i move to CAT now, is there any defence for Limitation issue ? Can you suggest me any good lawyer From Mumbai exclusively for CAT ?

In your earlier question on the same subject you had mentioned about representation to the Railways for mercy consideration. There is no issue of limitation if representation has been replied.
