Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear sir,

I am Jay. I have been worked in one of the software company with 1 year bond signature and original mark sheet submission. But before 1 year completion i am not interest to work with them i put mail properly to relieve with penalty but they are asking 35,000 penalty. but i got salary for 5000 PM only. i relieved with proper information. but i didn't get my original mark sheets yet. they are threatening me to pay amount. i got only 5 thousands salary. how to pay 35,000. Even though they are not gave my 45 days salary. please advise me to buy my orginal(10th, 12th, college) mark sheets with them.

For getting those mark sheets, you will have to do,lots of legal struggle, if you have the receipted copy/docs in which it should be clearly mentioned that you are submitting your mark sheets for whatever agreed purpose.

Now use simple & easy, lodge an FIR for lost of the certificates(during travel, when you were going to attend interview)& get issued the copies from the respective boards.
