Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam, Hi,
My Father served in armed forces and got retirement from there in 1971. He them joined Haryana Govt. job in 1971 in excise and taxation deptt.. He got retired from state service in 1998. He received two pensions 1 from army and another from Haryana State govt for his services. He died in 2002. Now is my Mother entitled for two family pensions or not? State govt has no such objection whereas army is not ready to allow her to get family pension from army side. Please answer the query.
