Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam,
Hi,
I am working with an MNC at Managerial level for seven plus years. After my annual appraisal my boss along with HR are directing me to put resignation or they will terminate me. My annual performance is over and above the average of company. Can they do it. Please guide what are the laws in India for such discrimination.
Thanks & Regards,
Ashok

no one can force you to resign as the resignation has to be voluntary without any pressure. in case they terminate you, you may challenge the same in court of law. however, speak to the higher management to end this harassment.
