Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam
My employer has asked me to quit without assigning any valid reasons.
I have only worked for 1.5 months and the boss has given me a poor performance review inspite having a flawless performance except one delayed mail which had no big effect.
Upon my joining the company had never made it clear as to what my job is and how to execute.
Please help me how to go ahead legally.
Thanking You
Regards

Ask your employer to give you in writing the reasons for your termination or atleast you must get a releiving letter.
But before advising it would be very important to go through your employment contract entered by you if any.
