Dear sir / madam,
My name is samy from tamilnadu. My father is state government Retire staff ( Teacher ). One man is implicated in a police case. If FIR register against to my father any possibility of pension cut will be there or not.

That the only registration of FIR is not a ground to cut the pension of the person concerned.

as rightly stated above, unless there are specific orders of the court or the department concerned, it may not affect the pension. however, what is the offence?
