Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that I was appointed at a private company two months before, but I have not signed or received any appointment letter & now I had leaved the company giving without any notice period, so please let me know that I have to pay the 1 month salary to the company as mentioned in their appointment letter or it is not applicable.

if u have not yet signed ....
any bond or document... than there is no specific liability...
but yes u may pay him....
