Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir,
i have recently taken part in a recruitment test against few vacancies of a psu and undergone written and viva test. can i claim to know my position in the selection panel/merit list of this recruitment process under rti act 2005? if yes,then how?

You can .You have to apply in the format prescribed under the RTI Act for the purpose and affix Rs.10/- Court fee stampto your application.
