now i am back to my first job and that first contract is still not finished
so i just want to ask that is the second contract valid when first one is not finished and what charges is applied on me because company is talking too much and sent too many notices for recovery
m confused cant understand that what is my crime
is it crime to not serve the notice period

it is not a crime and at the most the company can file a suit for recovery. your second contract is valid despite there being a dispute in the first contract.
