Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir

I am Smt. Usha Singh w/o .Dr.Vijay Prakash Singh Ex Service man who retired from the post of Technical Assistant ,Institute of Technology ,Banaras Hindu University ,Varanasi -221001 India.
I am the real wife of my husband . I have all the evidences in my favour like id and address prooof and ration card in my favour including the 125 CRPC maintainance order (which only a legally married wife can get),but my husband has given the name of his mistress and her sons name as wife and his family members but in truth he has not done any marriage with her .

I have written several letters to BHu but of no effect. as per law any person can me anyone nominess in his service record.
Please suggest is there any rules in pension law so that i can get my self added as his real wife and delete her name from my husband's service record.

Please help.
