Legal Question in Employment Law in India
dear sir,
hello,
i am a doctor and recieved a job offer from st john teaching hospital in london, but they are requiring an anti terrorist clearence certificate which will be essued in london from the british crown court probate department, and for the same they have directed me to contact with their attorney, and finally i got a demand of 750 gbp. from their attorney to complete the process for the certificate, so i want to confirm that it is true that this type of atcc is needed for the persons who wanted to work there, and if it is needed then why not we should obtain it from our national country. so please make the sure of me that such type of certificats are being made in any country or not, and job offer is legal or illegal.
THANKING YOU,
DR.ZIAUL HASAN KHAN

First of all no such certificate is required and if required then Terrorist clearence certificate is to be issued by your country i.e in your case is INDIA and only indian police can issue such certicate. So first verify the same department and any such requirement from the concern ambessay plz. Coz now a days there is a fraud in every such mail. Even i receive a cheque of $ 5000 in my office in my name and when i verified then it was noting but fake only.
Regards
The whole thing appears to be fake. Be careful and contact the concerned authorities.
