Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have deputed in Dubai at client place since last since last five months from my Indian company on residence visa.
Can I demand deputation letter from my employer confirming work location and duration of assignment and other benefits? What are the docs which employer should provide before sending employee abroad on long term?
