Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir
I am an employee in a reputed hospital. As a part of the bond, they took my certificates at the time of joining for a period of two years. Now my bond is over and when I asked them to return my certificates, I found that it is lost from their end. They took all of my certificates including my 10th, 12th, degree, and professional certificates. Because of this I lost the chance for my higher studies in new Zealand, where I actually supposed to verify the certificates. Now its been one month over and they are hardly paying attention towards this.
I want to know, is it possible to claim for compensation in this scenario, as I lost my certificates, and it will take much more time to get a duplicate. If I had my certificates, I would have finished my program in News Zealand and I would have earned 3000 $ per month in News Zealand. Because of this, I am unable to go for another one year. Please suggest me how I should Go ahead.
Mr Ram Kumar
