Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir,
I am permanent employee working with US MNC IT company from Last 6+ Years.My salary(salary of all person working in my Band) has not been increased for year 2011-12,neither given any reason.Even in the previous year they have given increment 4-5 % of basic per year,keeping Basic very low,so the increment is low,not only this,person working in the same band,having same annual appraisal rating got different % of increament,which shows partiality in the increament.
But,person working at managerial level in the same project has got handsome increment for 2011-12.
Even company pressurising the Lower Band of Employee to resign from the company and opting to be off roll,on payroll of third company.
Can we challenge the company action as per IPC/Labour Law

you may have to see a lawyer along with all the relevant documents including your employment contract.
If it is a private company, lyou cannot do anything about it. Remember Labor Laws are not applicable in your case.
However, if anything is mentioned in your contract, giving you some right, then you may claim on the basis of that contract only, not otherwise.
