Legal Question in Employment Law in India
dear sir,
i have resigned from nationalised bank, but bank authorities not accepted and i was removed from service for unauthorised absence, but i have dispute with the bank i have filed cases with ombudsman and other courts, but the bank every where mentioning that i was dismissed, i objected this several times not to mention dismissed, but still they doing the same thing can i go for defamation against them since removal and dismissal are different?
