Legal Question in Employment Law in India
dear sir,
i resigned from a nationalized bank, but the bank removed me from service for unauthorized service, now the bank not settled my pf and gratuity for gratuity i can approach labour commissioner and pf i cannot approach pf commissioner since the bank is having pf trust, where to file my complaint (govt. authority)?

You can file your complaint with PF even if it is a trust. Similarly for Gratuity. However, if there are misconduct issues against you, then possibly it will have to be cleared first, before your withdrawal can happen.
