Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
I work for an MNC. In Offer letter it is mentioned 1 month of Notice Period. But due to Poor management policies company is reeling under pressure of attrition. Now we got news that they are going to change the notice period to 3 months. Please let me know whether it is legally correct that the employer can change Notice period without getting written Consent from Employees.
