Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am a worker of a PSU. Our management has suddenly stop the payment of overtime of all our employees without any notice or any valid reason for the month of February. Our salary date is the last day of a month.
Is it a legal activity of our management? If no, then what should we do and when?
