Dear Sir,
I am working in my current organisation since last 4 year 9 months. I have plan to leave by next month mid. I worried about my Grauity amount (5 years). Can i entitled for entire amount. I heared that their is ammendment in law. PLease suggest.

You can by a clever method extend to 5 years and claim gratuity for the each of the 5 years of employment.
