Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
i working for a diagnostic centre in chennai from past 15 yrs as computer operator cum admin my employer used to pay only salary as cash no other benefits like not even festival leaves, if company is running very wel he is not paying any bonus or over time fares now he want to remove me from his company what time of case i can register for against him, is it i am eligible for any type of benefits
now i want to file a complaint as i worked for 15yrs i want partnership. please help me in this regard

partnership is all about meeting minds ...u can not claim it as a matter of right
rest about benefits ..i dont think its evr promised by the employer...
