Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have been working with a project based organization since last two years in Ahmedabad, India. The working environment is not professional. They delay salary by 20 days every month. We have also some annual perks which are not being paid & it had been a year. They don't even answer via mail nor intimate us for the delay. On the contrary, they urge to stay back , work on Sundays with no benefits. I am trying for other opportunities but till then what can be done? There is no future over here.

All employees should collectively request the Management to call for a staff meeting and should voice their grievances to the Management seeking timely salary and payment of dues, proper scheduling of working conditions and weekly off.
